I have recently been decorating my house, and decided I would like to purchase some blinds, vertical blinds in particular.
I searched in a couple of home-stores, but none supplied vertical blinds with the louver size that I wanted; they only had the 89mm, whereas I wanted the 127mm. Turning to the internet, I found a search engine which took me to blinds-uk.net. The website was easy to access and easy to find what I was looking for - vertical blinds. Also, they had a 50% sale on at the time, so that was even better. In mind, I did not know what colour I wanted, but I had all the measurements, and decided on my controls, stack etc. and took note of what my estimate price would be. I still had not made my mind up of what colour to go for, but did eventually order a pair of magnolia blinds via the internet. The following day, I rang up blinds-uk and spoke to Alex, just for confirmation of the order, and queried the lightness/darkness of the blinds I had ordered. Whilst on the phone, she informed me of two other colours that were available, but are not shown in the 'vertical blinds' section. I took note of what she had told me, but still went on with my original order. Two days later, I had managed to log back onto the web, and spotted one of the colours Alex mentioned: 'Chantilly Lace'. To me, this was a perfect colour to match my room, and I liked the pattern printed on the blinds. I rang blinds-uk up straight away to hopefully try and change my order, but unfortunately Alex was away on a course, and wouldn't be back until the Monday. An answer phone message was left, opting to e-mail the support desk for queries regarding any existing orders. I sent the desk an e-mail asking if there was any chance to change the colour and patterns of my blinds, and left my contact details with them. The weekend passed, and I still had not heard anything. I just presumed I was too late to change my original order.
To my surprise Monday afternoon, I had an e-mail from blinds-uk.net, letting me know that they accepted my change in order - brilliant. 10 days later, I received my blinds, and they now hang proudly. After excellent customer service, and great quality blinds, I have decided to order another pair for another room; they are already on their way now.

The delivery time was early, the blinds are perfect, and we must say some £400 less than we were quoted from a well known national firm for the same material!
