How to measure shutters
USE A STEEL MEASURING TAPE
1. INSIDE RECESS


  • Measure inside the frame both width and drop in 3 location, provide the smallest measurement
  • Select type of frame L or Z
  • Decide the slat size and make sure opening is not stopped by door handles
  • Avoid windows with inward opening
  • The factory makes an allowance of 4mm from both width and drop in order to ensure a better fitting.


2. OUTSIDE RECESS


  • Measure the recess including the frame where the shutter will cover
  • Only L type frame will be provided for outside mount
  • Still make sure door handles or other obstacles are allowing the opening of slats
