Blinds UK Refunds Policy, Returns & Cancellation Rights
According to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, made to measure goods (blinds, curtains, shades, awnings or shutters) are excluded from this legislation and the 14 day cancellation rights do not apply. We will not accept returns of made to measure goods. Cancellations are still possible as long as these products or parts of them have not been made. Other products which are not made to measure can be returned at the customer own expense and we request these products to be returned within 7 days. Any returns must have a returns number obtained from us before and written on all the boxes.
